Work Schedule and Compensation
The position follows a Monday to Friday shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role offers a base hourly wage of 12.71, with the opportunity to earn a throughput performance bonus that can raise the hourly rate to 13.66.
Key Duties
The main responsibilities include packing, accurate weighing, and labeling of meat products in line with customer requirements. This occurs in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment that demands physical fitness and adaptability. Teamwork is highly emphasized as achieving daily targets relies on cooperative effort among packers.
Experience and Eligibility
While previous experience in food factory roles is advantageous, it is not mandatory. There is no company sponsorship for overseas candidates for this role.
