Job description
Position Overview
Natural Factors is looking for a Packaging Operator to join their team in Kelowna, British Columbia. This role offers stable working hours, a competitive hourly wage of $20.45, excellent benefits, and the chance to work with modern equipment in a clean environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up the packaging line by loading the equipment with products and bottles.
- Change and adjust equipment and machine parts when necessary.
- Verify that caps, seals, labels, lot numbers, and expiry dates are accurate.
- Troubleshoot any machinery or packaging issues that arise.
- Complete all required paperwork meticulously.
Candidate Qualifications
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety protocols for oneself and others while maintaining productivity.
- Proficiency in English for team communication.
- Mechanical aptitude, basic mathematics skills, and computer operation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
