Packaging Operator - Days

Position Overview

Natural Factors is looking for a Packaging Operator to join their team in Kelowna, British Columbia. This role offers stable working hours, a competitive hourly wage of $20.45, excellent benefits, and the chance to work with modern equipment in a clean environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the packaging line by loading the equipment with products and bottles.
• Change and adjust equipment and machine parts when necessary.
• Verify that caps, seals, labels, lot numbers, and expiry dates are accurate.
• Troubleshoot any machinery or packaging issues that arise.
• Complete all required paperwork meticulously.

• Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety protocols for oneself and others while maintaining productivity.
• Proficiency in English for team communication.
• Mechanical aptitude, basic mathematics skills, and computer operation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
