Job description
Job Summary
This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the store, contributing to positive customer experiences from entry to exit. The position is located at Walmart Supercenter #184, 600 NE Coronado Dr, Blue Springs, MO, and requires availability for overnight shifts.
Compensation
- Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour.
- Wage always meets or exceeds the minimum wage required by local law.
- Additional pay includes potential annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premium pay may be provided in specific situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on shifts, facility, season, or specific tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the store’s cleanliness from outside parking areas to internal spaces including restrooms and receiving zones.
- Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff through continual cleaning and upkeep.
