Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role supports the customer service experience by efficiently managing tasks related to receiving merchandise and facilitating its movement to the sales floor. The Associate is responsible for unloading shipments, transferring pallets to the floor, and helping process merchandise within a safe, organized workplace. Working collaboratively as part of a team, the individual will plan and perform duties based on workload and operational needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional features.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, differentiating this role from day/evening fulfillment positions.
• Move pallets between the sales floor and overnight processing areas.
• Assist in sales floor stocking and provide customer service when needed.
• Label the sales floor to ensure readiness for opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
