Overnight Associate

Position Overview

The Overnight Associate role focuses on delivering excellent customer service through efficient receiving and management of merchandise from trailers to the sales floor. Key tasks include unloading trailers, moving pallets, and assisting with merchandise processing within a safe and organized environment. Working as part of a team, associates plan and execute duties in alignment with workload demands and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor before store opening.
• Set up merchandising and signage features.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Emphasize labeling and placing items in backroom bins and stocking areas, differentiating this role from day/evening fulfillment positions.
• Move pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist with stocking the sales floor as needed and provide customer support when required.
• Label the sales floor in preparation for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are stable.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.40 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
