Overnight Associate

Position Overview

The Overnight Associate is responsible for supporting customer service by managing tasks related to receiving merchandise and ensuring its smooth transition to the sales floor. This involves unloading trailers, moving pallets, assisting with merchandise processing, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The Associate collaborates with team members to plan and execute duties aligned with workload and operational needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Get the sales floor ready for the store's opening.
• Set up merchandise displays, including merchandising and signage for featured products.
• Carry out live unloading of various merchandise types as required.
• Focus on labeling and stocking merchandise in backroom bins, which differentiates this role from day/evening fulfillment positions.
• Move pallets of merchandise between the backroom and sales floor throughout the overnight shift.
• Assist with sales floor stocking as needed and offer customer service support when necessary.
• Label the sales floor to prepare for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies and procedures; complete safety sweep logs and ensure fixtures and displays are secure.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
