Job description
Job Overview
We seek a driven, dynamic, and self-motivated professional in Food & Beverage to lead and coordinate a team focused on delivering top-tier food and beverage products with timely, personalized service. This role is stationed at Al Ain Rotana Hotel in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop staff schedules based on forecasts and staffing guidelines to ensure optimal manpower.
- Lead routine training aligned with departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assess team members' performance, facilitating internal growth and promotions.
- Oversee prompt preparation of the assigned outlet following meal settings and operational hours.
- Coordinate guest reception and seating alongside the Hostess.
- Foster professional and cordial relationships with patrons.
- Maintain and update the customer database of regular visitors.
- Conduct regular inspections of the outlet and surrounding areas to assure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Engage actively in promotional activities to enhance outlet visibility and patronage.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must hold a college or university degree and have at least two years of experience in a comparable managerial role. Proficiency in computer applications, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and strong presentation capabilities are required.
