About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Organizational Development Manager who emphasizes people-centric approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce capabilities. This position is dedicated to developing initiatives that raise employee engagement, boost team efficiency, and align human resource strategies with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify improvement areas.
- Design and implement workforce development programs.
- Support change management processes to facilitate organizational transitions.
- Analyze employee engagement data and provide insights.
- Establish and maintain talent and leadership development frameworks.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to address organizational requirements and optimize processes.
- Monitor and report on development outcomes.
- Assist with succession planning initiatives.
- Promote a culture focused on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Deep knowledge of organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and change management principles.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Competency in assessing organizational needs and formulating practical solutions.
- Effective project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with employee engagement platforms, performance evaluation frameworks, and HR information systems.
- Proficiency in interpreting organizational data and converting insights into actionable plans.
- Collaborative mindset with a professional and people-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering organizational success and sustainable growth.
