About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented Employee Relations Manager to enhance workplace harmony, facilitate effective communication, and nurture a positive organizational culture. This position requires developing comprehensive employee relations strategies, addressing workplace challenges, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies, and fostering open communication between staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on organizational policies and procedures.
- Support conflict resolution processes and conduct investigations as necessary.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business units to encourage a respectful and productive work environment.
- Monitor employee feedback to detect trends and recurrent workplace concerns.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and maintain detailed documentation and case management records.
- Recommend enhancements to workplace policies and operational procedures to improve overall employee relations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Relations, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations concepts, workplace policies, organizational practices, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and interpersonal interaction.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive workplace issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Well-versed in HR processes and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in documentation and case management.
- Able to effectively interact with employees, supervisors, and senior management.
- Detail-oriented with a fair and impartial approach to workplace concerns.
- Proactive, approachable, and dedicated to cultivating an inclusive, respectful, and effective workplace culture.
