Order Taker

Position Overview

This role extends beyond merely taking orders; it is about crafting memorable dining experiences complemented by exceptional service. As an Order Taker within our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial support role that ensures smooth, efficient service delivery. This includes preparing tables, assisting culinary areas, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness — all contributing to a seamless transaction that enhances guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment adhering to company policies and quality standards.
• Display professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct at all times.
• Engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, navigating various floor surfaces.
• Manage menu details accurately by reading and verifying information.
• Handle and move items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and assistive moving of items up to 50 pounds.
• Perform bending, twisting, reaching overhead, and kneeling tasks as part of daily duties.
• Assist in other reasonable tasks as assigned to contribute to overall service excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred but not required.
• No supervisory or management experience necessary.
• No professional licenses or certifications required.
