Order Processing Executive

Role Overview

Dalmia Cement, a prominent Indian cement manufacturer with a rich legacy since 1939, is seeking an Order Processing Executive based in Nagpur. This role involves extensive coordination between sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock management across multiple regions. The candidate will manage order booking, dispatch monitoring, credit approvals, and coordinate various operational and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with sales teams regarding sales movements.
• Communicate with regional heads to obtain daily sales forecasts and align with weekly sales targets.
• Handle order booking and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Work closely with logistics to track stock status, depot-wise pending orders, and dispatch schedules.
• Validate and monitor IA work orders.
• Monitor PJP (Pre-Journey Plan) activities.
• Create and adjust sales orders (SO) for non-core markets.
• Manage credit limit extensions, rehashing, and approvals for existing and new customers.
• Create and follow-up on Sold to Party/Ship to Party codes in the Master Data Management (MDM) system.
• Coordinate the blocking and unblocking of codes with sales, accounts, and MDM departments after verifying KYC documents.
• Maintain the TSD verification tracker to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for marketing activities and with CRP (Customer Relationship Program) for related activities.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) specifically the Service Entry Sheets for IA commission bills.
• Create vendor codes in the ARIBA procurement system.
