Order Management Analyst

Overview

We are seeking Order Management Specialists with experience in the Supply Chain domain to join our teams located in Jaipur, Pune, and Bangalore. Candidates should have background in Order to Cash (O2C), Supply Chain Operations, or related fields, coming from BPO or Shared Services environments preferred. This role involves working night shifts and requires immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Experience in Order Management, O2C processes, or Supply Chain Operations is essential.
• Background in BPO or Shared Services operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tasks.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, PRISM, Adage, or equivalent platforms.
• Client or customer-facing experience will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical ability with continual process improvement mindset.
• Must hold a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Availability to work night shifts.
• Immediate joining capability is required.

Compensation and Locations

• Candidates with 1+ years of experience can expect a compensation range of 3 to 4 LPA.
• Candidates with 2+ years of experience can expect a salary between 5 to 6 LPA.
• Positions available in Jaipur, Pune, and Bangalore.
