Job Overview
White Horse Manpower is recruiting a Voice Specialist for their Bengaluru office to manage international customer support via voice channels. This full-time, on-site role requires effective communication and customer service skills to address client concerns professionally and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Address international customer inquiries over voice calls demonstrating professional and clear communication.
- Resolve issues by providing precise information and ensuring problems are solved within agreed timelines.
- Maintain high standards in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Accurately document all customer interactions adhering to established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Showcase strong spoken English proficiency and adept handling of customer interactions.
- Adapt to working in rotational shifts, including night schedules.
Compensation and Notice Period
The position offers a salary ranging between 5.5 LPA for candidates with over 1 year experience, and 6.5 to 7.5 LPA for those with more than 2 years. Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period are preferred.
