Job Overview

We are actively looking for a seasoned professional with over 12 years of extensive experience in IT sourcing and procurement, specializing in technology hardware, software, and SaaS products. This opportunity is based in Pune and offers a competitive annual compensation of 18 LPA. Candidates should be ready for immediate joining or within a 25-day notice period and must be flexible to operate in any shift.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive sourcing and procurement process across technology hardware, software, and SaaS domains.
• Conduct vendor evaluations, perform thorough market analyses, and lead contract negotiation efforts.
• Utilize e-RFx and e-Auction platforms to optimize procurement outcomes.
• Align procurement strategies with business objectives, demonstrating deep commercial insight.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful sourcing initiatives.
• Deliver clear and impactful communications through written reports, verbal interactions, and presentations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 12 years experience in IT sourcing and procurement roles.
• Proficient in handling procurement for technology hardware, software, and SaaS categories.
• Hands-on expertise with e-RFx and e-Auction tools and procedures.
• Strong skills in vendor evaluation, market research, and negotiation tactics.
• Excellent business understanding to integrate sourcing processes with organizational goals.
• Strong communication capabilities including writing, speaking, and presenting.

Additional Information

The role demands flexibility in working hours and immediate availability or a notice period up to 25 days. This position is located onsite in the Pune division of Maharashtra, India.
