Job Overview

As an Order Builder, your core duties involve efficiently selecting, pulling, and stacking orders to satisfy customer cravings and contribute to community service. This role emphasizes teamwork and offers potential career advancement toward management positions by developing necessary entry-level leadership skills.

Work Schedule and Location

• Full-time position based at 3204 Winter Lake Road, Suite 10, Lakeland, FL 33803.
• Monday through Friday schedule with hours subject to variation, details provided during interview.

Responsibilities

• Use smart technology-enabled systems to pick the correct quantity of items quickly and accurately.
• Remove and discard any damaged or spoiled products.
• Lift and carry loads up to 50 pounds regularly, contributing to physical fitness without the need for a gym.

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with previous forklift operating experience.

• Hourly pay range from $16.00 to $17.00.
