• Organize packing efficiently to maximize space without compromising product safety and quality.

• Adhere to safety, food hygiene, and quality protocols by keeping work areas clean, promptly managing spills, ensuring clean packing totes, safely operating equipment, and conducting safety checks.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs and contribute to smooth store operations.

Challenges in the Role

• Handle large task volumes efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, by managing energy and focus throughout work hours.
• Complete physical activities such as prolonged standing, bending, and lifting inventory or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and product organization with consistent attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $16.90 per hour.
