About Westhaven and the Role

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive rates between $36.22 and $39.53 per hour, including shift loadings and 12% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist children in acquiring essential daily living skills.
- Organize and support social outings and engagement within the community.
- Accurately maintain case notes and track progress of those supported.
Candidate Essentials and Eligibility
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or related fields, or identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
- Possess a current NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Hold valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Have a paid Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
