About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM technology with substantial expertise in US HCM and Payroll processes. This role demands a blend of functional and technical know-how, particularly in HCM integrations, core modules, data migration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
- Execute HCM data migration and load activities leveraging HDL and HSDL tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) as well as REST and SOAP APIs.
- Create and manage reports through OTBI and BI Publisher platforms.
- Investigate and resolve HCM issues while collaborating closely with functional, technical, and business teams for implementation, testing, and support.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of six years’ experience working with Oracle HCM/Oracle Fusion HCM environments.
- At least three years of dedicated experience in US Payroll and US HCM.
- Proficient in using HDL, HSDL, REST and SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Strong practical knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
- Functional expertise covering a minimum of three core modules: Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
