Job Overview

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their team in Ludhiana. The role focuses on strategic recruitment processes covering end-to-end hiring, client management, and revenue generation within niche sectors such as Analytics & Digital, Sales & Marketing, Banking and Finance, HR, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate hiring strategies and customized solution roadmaps based on client-specific requirements.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of diverse sourcing platforms and channels.
• Leverage innovative sourcing methods to identify ideal candidates for varied roles.
• Master the complete recruitment sales lifecycle from sourcing to closure.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and feedback efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Negotiate effectively, including salary and contract preparation, using sophisticated methods to handle complex discussions.
• Drive revenue by closing deals and meeting quarterly targets, including business from existing and new clients.
• Serve as a professional ambassador for Crescendo Global on a global scale.
• Manage stakeholders professionally and own the recruitment cycle end-to-end.
• Build strong client relationships based on deep insight into their culture, goals, and hiring needs.
• Focus on reducing turnaround time and fulfilling client success standards using data-driven analyses.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably agency-based.
• Graduate degree required; postgraduate qualification is an added benefit.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven history of successful hires and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed recruitment sales objectives.

Eligibility

Open to candidates holding any graduate degree.

Compensation

Salary range offered is between 375000 and 550000 INR annually.
