Global Credit Administration

Overview

We seek a skilled professional with over three years of experience in global credit administration to aid credit underwriting and administration tasks within international banking operations based in Chennai. This position offers engagement with large corporate clients and cross-border stakeholders while providing valuable exposure to credit underwriting, financial analysis, covenant adherence, and wholesale banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in credit underwriting and administration processes for global banking operations.
• Determine internal credit ratings for customer accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses backed by credit write-ups and sector research.
• Manage setup for client onboarding and credit limits in relevant information systems.
• Create and supervise covenant control documentation.
• Track loan maturity timelines, credit ratings, collateral information, and borrower data diligently.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum three years of pertinent experience in credit administration or underwriting.
• Preferably experienced with large corporate or wholesale banking clients.
• Background at global financial institutions, banks, or credit rating agencies favored.
• Proficient in financial analysis and credit evaluation methodologies.
• Preferably holds MBA in Finance/Banking, CA, CMA, or a comparable qualification.
