Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Oracle HCM Solution Architect to spearhead the design, rollout, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion HCM) solutions. This position demands architecting scalable, secure, and integrated Human Capital Management frameworks that resonate with business strategies and HR transformation objectives. The successful candidate must demonstrate comprehensive proficiency across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, integration frameworks, and fostering collaboration between business units and IT teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, covering Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning modules.
  • Architect and configure Oracle HCM Cloud aligned meticulously to business needs and industry best practices.
  • Develop and oversee data and application integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud and complementary middleware platforms.
  • Manage data migration processes using tools such as HCM Data Loader, Extracts, and Fast Formula.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards leveraging OTBI, BI Publisher, and related reporting tools.
  • Define and enforce security structures including roles, access privileges, and data protection policies.
  • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders across business and IT sectors to ensure solution adoption and project success.
  • Drive innovation and continuous enhancements by integrating Oracle’s AI capabilities within Fusion HCM.

Essential Qualifications and Expertise

  • 8 to 12+ years in IT with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud’s architecture, data models, and functional domains.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Oracle Integration Cloud, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle HCM security frameworks, including roles, privileges, and data security management.
  • Proficiency across multiple HCM domains including Core HR, Talent, and Learning.
  • Demonstrated ability in enterprise-level integration and data strategy formulation.
  • Effective stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic problem-solving aptitude with a focus on innovation and continual improvement leveraging HCM capabilities.

Additional Desired Skills

  • Experience with Oracle AI tailored for Fusion Applications in HCM.
  • Exposure to global HR operations including multi-country payroll.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology for project delivery.
  • Relevant Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Learning, Integration).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related disciplines.

  • Salary Range: AUD 150,742 to 171,215 per annum (indicative, potential adjustments apply).
