Job Summary

This role involves assisting customers in Walmart's eye care center with verifying their prescriptions, supporting their eyewear purchasing choices, and completing lens and glasses orders. Responsibilities may vary depending on state regulations and licensing requirements.

Work Hours and Compensation

• Hourly pay ranges between $33 and $41, meeting or exceeding local minimum wage standards.
• Additional compensation may be earned through annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premium payments ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply in special cases, such as specific schedules, facility demands, seasons, or particular tasks, potentially allowing multiple premiums simultaneously.
• Available work shifts include Opening and Morning.
