Optical Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and personable Optical Assistant to join our team at the Potters Bar store. If you have previous experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant and enjoy offering excellent customer service, this role is an ideal opportunity to contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere that supports both customers and colleagues.

Desired Experience and Skills

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Background in optics or audiology sectors preferred
• Basic familiarity with optical and/or audiology terminology advantageous
