Job description
About the Role
The position is based at Nestlé Waters KSA, Almanhal Water Factory located in Jeddah First Industrial City. The primary responsibility is to perform machine tending activities and operate various production machines proficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify quantities of raw materials and packaging supplies received from the warehouse against production orders to prevent operational delays or equipment breakdowns.
- Carry out testing procedures to ensure machinery functions optimally throughout production cycles.
- Comprehend and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) relevant to the production line.
- Continuously monitor equipment and process parameters on the production line, reporting any faults or abnormalities discovered.
- Engage in or lead shift-based operational reviews to evaluate performance metrics and address issues.
- Confirm accuracy of production information such as production date and batch numbers printed on bottles.
- Conduct water quality treatment sampling and analytical testing using specified equipment to guarantee treatment standards are met.
- Maintain precise operational records and logs and perform necessary preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery as required.
