Factory Shift Supervisor

Overview

Join Nestlé Waters KSA at the Almanhal Water Factory in Jeddah Industrial Area as a Factory Shift Supervisor. This role is pivotal in overseeing all operations during either the overnight or day shifts, with a strong focus on operational activities, shift control, and strict adherence to safety guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the activities of all operational employees, ensuring compliance with high standards and internal policies, providing coaching, training, and corrections as necessary.
• Maintain a consistently professional, high-quality service-oriented environment throughout the shift.
• Act as the manager on duty during the operational manager's absence, handling complaints, resolving issues, and managing special requests or disturbances.
• Supervise night and/or day shifts, making sure every employee completes their assigned duties and coordinate front office activities with other departments.
• Fully comply with Nestlé's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies at all times to ensure personal and team safety during work.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Minimum education requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in supervision with proven capability in managing larger teams effectively.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
