Role Overview
As a full-time, on-site Operator in Dubai, you will handle aluminum components preparation for coating activities such as cleaning, masking, and organizing parts for surface treatment and powder application. Daily responsibilities include setting up and managing powder coating machinery, overseeing curing operations, and ensuring safe material handling throughout production. The role involves product quality inspections, basic production data logging, troubleshooting equipment or process issues, adhering to health and safety regulations, maintaining efficient shop floor workflows, and cooperating with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing roles, preferably within metal finishing, powder coating, or similar production settings.
- Basic technical proficiency with coating and curing equipment, including knowledge of machine controls, temperature regulation, and materials handling protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills, capable of inspecting surfaces for defects and applying standard quality procedures.
- Good physical endurance and manual agility to stand for long durations, safely lift and move materials, and operate in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, following instructions accurately, collaborating with coworkers, and reporting problems clearly and promptly.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Dubai, including potential shift work or overtime as dictated by production demands.
