Operations Technology Subject Matter Expert - Quick Commerce

Position Overview

We are seeking an Operations Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance the efficiency of fast-growing, technology-driven operational processes. This role serves as a vital link among Operations, Product, and Technology teams to guarantee seamless launches, stable system operations, and excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system malfunctions, validating operational processes, and ensuring that new site or product rollouts achieve optimal day-one execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and support for operational launches, confirming all workflows, tools, and procedures perform as intended.
• Partner closely with Tech, Product, and Operations teams to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Implement structured testing methods to ensure process accuracy and uncover gaps prior to launch.
• Assist in validating data tied to operational workflows and customer commitments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address defects and ensure readiness ahead of go-live dates.
• Monitor post-launch system performance, raise alerts for problems, and drive investigations to identify root causes promptly.
• Recognize repetitive issues, suggest sustainable solutions, and participate actively in continuous process improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders by providing regular updates, thorough documentation, and status reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in technical support, engineering, or operational environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical teams, business units, and executives.
• Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively within fast-paced, deadline-sensitive settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within technical support, engineering, or operations roles.
• Knowledge of workflow testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), or systematic defect validation procedures.
• Strong analytical skills to determine root causes, recognize patterns, and propose long-term enhancements.
• Experience collaborating with product development, technology, or last-mile fulfillment teams.
• Exemplary problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive attitude and sense of ownership.
