Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate the exchange’s full traffic resources across the app including Push notifications, In-app Messages, Email, Featured Placements, and Pop-ups. Develop a comprehensive resource pool and establish standardized allocation procedures to ensure end-to-end demand fulfillment.
• Partner with algorithm teams on personalized traffic targeting initiatives, designing multi-layered user engagement strategies, and optimize the entire conversion funnel from impressions to deposits and transactions through rigorous A/B testing.
• Set up core data metrics for mid-level traffic operations, generate regular performance review reports, identify conversion bottlenecks, and drive data-oriented traffic optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with PMO and development teams to advance the development and automation of traffic operation tools, formulate platform-wide standard operating procedures, and boost overall traffic management efficiency.
• Synchronize traffic resource demands across various business units, resolve conflicts, and conduct training sessions to empower teams for enhanced traffic utilization.
• Monitor the latest trends in traffic operations within the industry, champion new engagement formats, and continuously refine the traffic operation framework on the platform.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in traffic or user operations; prior work in cryptocurrency exchange traffic management is highly advantageous.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with algorithm, product, and development teams to implement traffic strategies and innovative communication approaches efficiently and logically.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, keenly attuned to traffic and conversion patterns, adept at utilizing analytical tools to uncover traffic management insights, identify pain points, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Professional Attributes: Self-driven, quick learner with great attention to detail and patience, able to thrive under fast-paced, high-pressure environments typical of a rapidly growing industry, and responsible for ensuring complete project lifecycles.
• Industry Insight: Understanding of user behavior in crypto/fintech sectors is preferred; familiarity with app-based traffic engagement techniques and resource slotting mechanisms is a plus.
