Operations Manager (Centre Lead)

About the Role

The Operations Manager (Centre Lead) will oversee the complete functioning and efficiency of the Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK), ensuring smooth daily activities, top-quality citizen service, compliance with UIDAI guidelines, and achieving profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations of the ASK to maintain efficient workflow and uninterrupted service delivery.
• Ensure timely, precise, and polite assistance across all Aadhaar services including enrolment, updates, verification, and helpdesk support.
• Track and evaluate centre performance versus defined goals and UIDAI service standards.
• Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team consisting of Operators, Verifiers, Cashiers, IT Support, and Helpdesk team members.
• Promote discipline, punctuality, professionalism, and conformity to operational procedures in the staff.
• Assess team training needs and provide regular training or coaching sessions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Encourage a work environment centered on accountability, continual learning, and ownership of outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with UIDAI regulations, data security protocols, audit processes, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and provide regular MIS and compliance reports to higher management.

Additional Information

The position requires strict observance of regulatory guidelines and upholding data security standards to safeguard the privacy and integrity of Aadhaar services. The Operations Manager supports both internal and external audits to maintain governance standards.

Compensation

The offered monthly remuneration ranges between 24000 and 25000 INR.
