About the Role
The Operations Manager (Centre Lead) at Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) is entrusted with overseeing the complete operations of the centre, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and delivering quality services to citizens. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is pivotal in driving service excellence and operational profitability in alignment with UIDAI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily ASK operations to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted citizen services including enrolment, updates, verification, and helpdesk support.
- Ensure services are provided timely, precisely, and courteously to all users.
- Monitor performance metrics against the defined targets and service-level expectations mandated by UIDAI.
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team including Operators, Verifiers, Cashiers, IT Support, and Helpdesk staff, ensuring discipline and professionalism.
- Identify staff training requirements and facilitate continuous training sessions to maintain high operational standards.
- Cultivate a culture emphasizing accountability, ongoing learning, and ownership among team members.
- Enforce adherence to UIDAI regulations, data security protocols, audit compliance, and company policies at every operational level.
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and prepare periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports, compliance records, submitting them to Regional Managers or Head Office.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 18,000 to INR 19,000.
