Operations Manager

Position Overview

Flat White Specialty Coffee is seeking an energetic and accomplished Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of its multiple café locations in Doha, Qatar.

Key Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations throughout various branches, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales growth, manage costs effectively, and maintain profitability by owning the profit and loss responsibilities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop managers and team members at different outlets.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and food safety requirements.
• Optimize resource allocation, including staffing and scheduling, to maximize operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the central kitchen, supply chain teams, and other support departments to synchronize operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing food and beverage operations, preferably across multiple units.
• Strong capabilities in leadership and people management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of profit and loss management, cost of goods sold, and key operational performance indicators.
• A genuine enthusiasm for coffee, hospitality, and delivering superior customer experiences.
• Ability to excel in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced business environment.
• Experience working within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is favorable.
