Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable Operations Executive to join our Singapore team. This is a critical position involving hands-on installation, maintenance of scent diffusion systems, and in-house fragrance oil production. The candidate will work in a dynamic, expanding enterprise delivering scenting solutions across hospitality, retail, commercial, and wellness industries. This role demands technical expertise, service focus, and the ability to handle both servicing and light manufacturing duties.

Primary Duties

• Install and activate scent diffusion equipment at client locations, assuring operational effectiveness and aesthetic harmony.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on machines in hotels, malls, offices, and wellness centers.
• Change scent refills and adjust diffusion settings to achieve optimal functionality.
• Supervise junior technicians when necessary.
• Observe all site safety protocols, including work-at-height regulations and risk assessments.
• Assist in daily fragrance oil production processes such as blending, bottling, and labeling following exact recipes to ensure scent uniformity and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area as per National Environment Agency regulations.
• Document production batches and oversee inventory of raw materials and packaging components.
• Manage service scheduling and update internal tracking databases.
• Communicate with clients on-site and provide fundamental user training if required.
• Relay feedback on site or product issues to operations and product development teams.
• Support warehouse tasks like packing and dispatch preparation as needed.

Prerequisites

• Previous technical servicing experience in areas such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or facility maintenance or exposure to fragrance, scenting, or chemical handling sectors is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving ability with meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding scent precision.
• Physically capable of performing work at heights (e.g., ceiling units).
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license preferred; willing to travel across client sites.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Basic spoken English sufficient for coordination with site contractors and clients.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• WSQ certifications such as Work-At-Height and Workplace Safety and Health application are beneficial.
• Knowledge of Singapore's building and mall management protocols is a plus.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from SGD 2800 to SGD 3000.
