Their comprehensive support covers university admissions, apprenticeship pathways, recruitment, German language training, visa assistance, travel, accommodation, and ongoing post-arrival help to ensure a smooth transition and success abroad.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator based in Nairobi, Kenya. This role involves managing daily operations in Kenya and offering operational oversight to the Uganda office. The focus is to ensure smooth coordination across various teams, maintain operational workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and uphold service quality standards for both locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities in Kenya.
  • Provide supervisory support and monitoring for operations in Uganda.
  • Track client progress, associated tasks, deadlines, and necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate workflows among Sales, Admissions, Recruitment, Visa, and Management departments.
  • Regularly monitor and report operational KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and escalate operational challenges as needed.
  • Maintain precise CRM data and essential operational documents.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to operational processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive operational and KPI reports for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and service quality across both Kenya and Uganda offices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Social Sciences, or equivalent disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, coordination, or similar functions.
  • Experience in tracking KPIs, operational metrics, or performance measurement.
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and follow-up capacity, enabling collaboration with different teams, clients, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude to detect operational gaps and aid process enhancements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and task or project management software.
  • Self-driven with the capability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines reliably.
  • Background in education consulting, student recruitment, international education, recruitment, or international mobility is considered a plus.
