Our vision is to establish prevention as the new norm in healthcare across multiple countries including France, Spain, Belgium, Canada, and currently expanding into Armenia.
The Operations team plays a vital role in scaling our insurance and healthcare offerings efficiently, ensuring smooth delivery while maintaining high quality. As our international footprint grows and product offerings diversify, the operational demands become more complex and exciting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives such as automating insurance processes (e.g., reimbursement request parsing, recovery) and laying foundations for new health services delivery.
- Optimize and industrialize operational processes to achieve excellence, including implementing detailed operations monitoring to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous process improvements with automation aimed at enhancing personalization and efficiency.
- Improve financial effectiveness of our operational model.
- Contribute to company-wide strategy by bringing operational perspectives, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting team growth through mentoring and hiring.
- Manage and scale daily operations involving member affiliations, competitor contract cancellations, health service deliveries, and partnerships with technical and other partners.
- Specifically for the Armenia market, build and scale processes integrating local requirements with global infrastructure across affiliation, claims management, fraud detection, and health services.
- Establish and maintain local partnerships critical to operational success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced scaling company environment.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); French language skills are highly advantageous.
- Able to articulate a clear vision and translate it into actionable plans across business, customer experience, and regulatory areas.
- Experience in designing scalable processes ensuring service quality and performance.
- Passion for creating early-stage products and services with a user-centered mindset focused on traction, retention, and iterative learning.
- Comfortable working in environments characterized by rapid change and uncertainty.
- Hands-on, organized, and results-driven approach that embraces diving into challenges directly.
- Strong collaboration skills to navigate and influence diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in attracting talent, mentoring, and fostering team development.
- Bonus: Background in healthcare, digital health, insurance sectors and technical skills like SQL to independently analyze data.
Additional Information
- Location requirement: Based in or willing to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia.
- The hiring focus is on potential and fit rather than strict checklist fulfillment to encourage diverse applicability.
