Overview
The Operations Administrator is tasked with overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities to ensure business activities run efficiently and smoothly. This role involves direct interaction and collaboration with customers, suppliers, vendors, and agencies to maintain service agreements and resolve operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational tasks to maintain smooth and effective business functions.
- Work cooperatively with customers, suppliers, vendors, and agencies to establish and sustain service agreements.
- Organize and prioritize workload independently to meet deadlines and departmental goals while complying with established operational procedures.
- Handle processing and management of data and documentation, ensuring records are accurate and organized.
- Resolve operational issues autonomously or escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Educational and Experience Requirements
The minimum education required is secondary school equivalency or similar certification.
Required experience varies by level:
- Associate level: no prior experience needed.
- Operations Administrator: minimum of two years relevant work experience.
- Senior level: at least four years relevant professional experience.
