About the Role

Join FedEx Australia as a Courier based in Torrington, Queensland (Toowoomba area). This permanent full-time position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule where you will be responsible for safely transporting packages to assigned locations and representing FedEx with outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles manually with care.
• Deliver parcels punctually to designated destinations.
• Maintain excellent customer interaction as the face of FedEx during deliveries.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and quality standards for all deliveries.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have full Australian work rights.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no more than 6 demerits in past 3 years).
• Hold a Medium Rigid (MR) heavy vehicle license.
• Be capable of passing a drug and alcohol test, driving assessment, criminal background check, and fitness evaluation.
• Strong attention to detail along with problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety procedures and standards.
• Positive attitude with good customer service skills.
• Previous experience in delivery roles is an advantage.
