Job Overview

This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by managing projects efficiently from order receipt to commissioning, promoting repeat customer business through consistent delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support smooth procurement by accurately processing purchase requisitions and converting them into purchase orders that comply with corporate policies and business needs, strengthening the Procure-to-Pay workflow.
• Manage purchase orders proactively by coordinating with vendors to guarantee material availability, aligning delivery schedules with production and project demands, thereby maintaining operational flow and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order confirmations, receipt of goods, and help with invoice validations to enhance transparency, uphold financial correctness, and facilitate timely payments, working collaboratively across planning, logistics, and finance departments.
• Address and resolve discrepancies involving costs, quality, delivery, and specifications through effective supplier communication, reducing operational risks and supporting ongoing improvement efforts.
• Contribute to evaluating supplier performance and mitigating risks by utilizing digital platforms like SAP and SAP Ariba, ensuring cooperation with authorized vendors in accordance with company policies.
• Employ a proactive, disciplined approach with strong stakeholder engagement to boost supply chain reliability and operational efficiency, aiding the achievement of sustainable business goals.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in commercial or technical disciplines with relevant purchasing experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in operational purchasing or a similar capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP platforms, especially SAP MM module.
• Dependable, self-reliant, detail-oriented, cooperative team member equipped with problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement standards and ethical compliance.
• Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
