Job Overview
We are seeking an Operation Incharge to oversee a portfolio of clients, with a focus on growing revenue by promoting the Surface, Express, and Cold Chain logistics offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts to maximize business share through strategic cross-selling of logistics services.
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
- Analyze account performance metrics to verify adherence to service level agreements by both customers and branch operations.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations and regional teams to design and execute tailored logistics solutions effectively and punctually.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across organizational levels, from warehouse personnel to executive leadership, to secure sustained business partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends locally to maintain a competitive edge for the company.
Additional Information
Remuneration ranges between 25,000 to 35,000 INR per month, reflecting the responsibilities and expected performance.
