Overview

Bullet Trans Solutions Private Limited is hiring for various operational roles across multiple locations including Gurgaon, Faridabad, Delhi-Mundaka, Rudrapur, Ambala, Ludhiana, Haridwar, Rewari, Noida, and Jaipur. All interviews will be conducted at the Rewari location. The available positions span roles from Trainee Assistant to Regional Manager within the logistics operations hierarchy.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities vary according to the position held, detailed as follows:

• Trainee Assistant: Assist senior staff to understand everyday transport and logistics tasks such as shipment booking, delivery documentation, vehicle tracking, and data maintenance in logistics systems. Learn company policies, safety protocols, and basic inventory management to build problem-solving and operational skills.
• Assistant/Senior Assistant: Coordinate daily transport and logistics activities ensuring timely delivery by managing shipment documents, vehicle schedules, and communication among customers, drivers, warehouses, and vendors. Senior Assistants supervise juniors, uphold company processes, and contribute to operational planning and quality improvement.
• Shift/Operations In-charge: Oversee all activities during assigned shifts including staff supervision, vehicle loading/unloading, dispatch management, emergency handling, safety compliance, and coordination with warehouses and branches to enhance operational efficiency.
• Branch Manager: Manage branch operations encompassing transport, warehousing, customer service, finance, and administration. Responsibilities include ensuring timely services, profitability, customer relations, compliance, staff training, cost control, and reporting to meet business objectives.
• Area Manager: Supervise multiple branches within a region, focusing on branch performance, operational efficiency, service quality, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction. Develop business strategies, facilitate issue resolution, ensure compliance, and support staff development.
• Regional Manager: Lead transport and logistics operations across multiple areas to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and consistent service standards. Manage area managers, financial reviews, policy implementation, risk management, customer relations, and long-term strategic growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Prior experience in logistics or operations management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Effective analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry norms.
