Job description

Company Overview

Teaching Socials stands as the premier consultancy for personal brands in the finance and real estate sectors across the DACH region. Boasting a team of 25 high performers, the company has achieved steady monthly growth exceeding €750,000 within just two years. Their integrated system drives visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth — this role is central to managing the financial engine behind it all.

Position Benefits

  • Flexible work arrangements with options for remote and hybrid setups, coordinated as per agreement.
  • Opportunities for personal development through coaching sessions and tailored educational programs.
  • A supportive team environment characterized by camaraderie, shared accomplishments, and celebrations.
  • Access to a modern office space equipped with ample facilities, including complimentary water and coffee.
  • Provision of top-of-the-line equipment such as a company smartphone and laptop.
  • Financial rewards including company-sponsored retirement plans, commissions, and bonus payments.

Role Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone and social media channels.
  • Quickly assess client needs to distinguish suitable prospects from others.
  • Convert cold contacts into confirmed appointments that are successfully attended.
  • Effectively prepare closers with thorough briefings for smooth handovers into sales discussions.
  • Maintain follow-up efforts diligently on leads that don’t immediately commit.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as contacts made, conversations held, appointments secured, and attendance rates.
  • Engage in continual improvement through daily coaching, role-playing exercises, and conversation analysis.

Candidate Profile

  • Enjoy engaging with people and confidently initiating new interactions.
  • Maintain resilience in the face of rejection and consistently sustain activity levels, even during challenging periods.
  • Have a strong desire to observe tangible results, incorporate feedback, and pursue ongoing self-improvement.

Preferred Experience

Prior phone sales or outreach experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates transitioning from other fields are encouraged to apply.

Unsuitable Traits

  • Preference for comfort zones over a drive to perform.
  • Clock-punching attitude lacking genuine motivation.
  • Taking refusals personally resulting in abrupt disengagement.
  • Low self-initiative and unwillingness to embrace new learning.
  • Lack of interest in personal development or accepting responsibilities.
  • Dislike of goal-oriented, numerical, feedback-driven, high-performance work settings.
  • Unwillingness to regularly work onsite and contribute actively in a team environment.
