Online Teacher - Project Management

About the Role

We invite passionate educators to join a global initiative to transform education through a live, interactive online platform as a Project Management teacher. This position offers an opportunity to inspire and educate students from around the world using practical project management methodologies and tools.

Work Schedule

• Classes held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM PST
• Alternate class timings on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured live lessons in Project Management to an international student body.
• Utilize diverse pedagogical approaches and digital platforms to foster an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment.
• Evaluate student progress continuously, provide detailed feedback, and tailor teaching methods to optimize learning outcomes.
• Communicate clear course timelines and assessment schedules to students effectively.
• Conduct professional and dynamic live sessions employing academy's online educational tools and software.
• Assign relevant homework and administer assessments, offering constructive commentary to nurture student development.
• Create robust educational resources including tests and exams to enrich the academy’s content library.
• Maintain an organized online classroom on Canvas, ensuring all materials, assignments, and evaluations are accessible and streamlined for student use.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of high school teaching experience (Grades 9–12) in a traditional school setting; private tutoring experience is not considered equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven excellence in communication to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for using online teaching platforms and adopting educational technology.
• Familiarity with the US high school academic curriculum and relevant standardized examinations.

Preferred Credentials

• Possession of recognized teaching credentials such as a teaching license, postgraduate certificate in education, or teaching degree.
• Experience teaching in an online educational environment.
