Overview
Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a driven and accountable Online Sales Executive to enhance their sales team. The role demands engagement with customers primarily through digital channels, aiming to convert inquiries into confirmed sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to online sales inquiries with professionalism.
- Engage potential clients through follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
- Address customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, and other online communication tools.
- Foster and sustain positive relations with current and prospective customers.
- Meet designated sales targets contributing to overall business expansion.
- Monitor and document lead statuses, follow-ups, and sales processes.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Applicants should be at least 25 years old.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, online sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Possess strong communication and persuasive abilities.
