Role Overview and Responsibilities

The role requires an experienced professional with 3 to 5 years of direct involvement in One Identity Manager (OneIM) development and administration. Key responsibilities include managing and developing using components such as Manager, Designer, Web Designer, Object Browser, Data Importer, Job Queue Info, Transporter, Schema Extension, and Quest Quick Connect.

The candidate will also be accountable for integrations and management of diverse target systems including Active Directory, Office 365/Exchange, LDAP, SAP, PeopleSoft, various databases, and web services. Central duties encompass handling provisioning, synchronization, and reconciliation processes—both full and delta synchronizations.

Required Expertise and Skills

• Proven hands-on experience with One Identity Manager tools and components.
• Extensive knowledge of provisioning and synchronization workflows.
• Strong command of integration mechanisms with Active Directory, Office 365/Exchange, LDAP, SAP, PeopleSoft, database systems, and web services.
• Proficient in MS SQL Server, including crafting complex SQL queries, managing tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Practical development experience in VB.Net.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving synchronization and provisioning challenges.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and lifecycle management.
