Role Purpose

The Offshore Methods Draftsman will report to the Project Manager and be involved in the COMP2 / Ruya12 project within the Subsea Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in offshore transportation and installation, especially for shallow water operations such as S-Lay, Jacket, Deck, Cables, and structural installations.
• Prepare and manage anchor pattern drawings for mooring offshore vessels.
• Design transportation and installation plans for offshore pipelines, jackets, decks, bridges, and related subsea facilities including pipelines, flexible products, and subsea structures.
• Create transportation layouts for vessels and cargo barges.
• Handle installation and transportation drawings of piles, risers, j-tubes, sleepers, and mattresses.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferably, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Bring a minimum of 5 to 10 years of solid experience in offshore installation engineering, including operational follow-up and yard/offshore experience.
• Be proficient in English for effective communication.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge particularly in shallow water activities (S-Lay, Jacket, Deck, Cables, Structures installation), EPC projects, and offshore transportation and installation.
• Open to working either onshore or offshore.

Technical and IT Proficiencies

• Skilled in AutoCAD 2D/3D or equivalent drafting software.
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (advanced skills), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
