Job Overview
This role focuses on supporting the employee performance management system and coordinating key performance indicator (KPI) processes across various departments to ensure consistent evaluation and improvement. The officer will also assist in employee development initiatives, training programs, and HR-related projects to promote a productive and growth-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing employee performance management and KPI-related activities.
- Facilitate the setting, reviewing, and assessing of KPIs in collaboration with department teams.
- Contribute to employee training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Compile performance reports, maintain tracking documents, and handle relevant HR paperwork.
- Oversee performance development efforts and coordinate follow-ups with concerned departments.
- Participate in additional HR projects and performance & development duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Open to fresh graduates seeking career opportunities.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management, Industrial Relations, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication, coupled with good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eager to learn, proactive in approach, and responsible in task execution.
- Capable of analytical thinking and effective problem-solving.
