The academy primarily supports professionals who already have adequate English skills but face challenges in maintaining effective communication under pressure or during critical workplace scenarios.

Role Overview

We seek a Communication Performance Consultant to deliver personalized one-on-one coaching sessions through Shaghaf’s Communication Performance Program. The consultant will guide professionals by observing their communication changes in high-pressure settings, recognizing behavioral patterns, running realistic workplace simulations, implementing targeted interventions, and measuring improvement outcomes. Comprehensive training in Shaghaf’s methodologies and standards will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct remote, one-on-one coaching sessions in English.
• Monitor and assess communication behaviors during simulated workplace interactions.
• Differentiating between language proficiency issues and communication performance obstacles.
• Lead simulations involving meetings, presentations, unanticipated queries, and intense workplace exchanges.
• Apply corrective strategies, re-evaluate performance, and offer specific, actionable feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of observations and track individual progress.

Candidate Profile

• Saudi national with a minimum of five years’ experience in corporate environments.
• Background in learning and development, professional communication, organizational development, leadership coaching, HR, or related fields.
• Fluent in professional English, both verbal and written.
• Experienced in multicultural or international organizational settings.
• Skilled in one-on-one coaching and facilitation.
• Proficient in behavioral analysis, analytical reasoning, and sound professional judgment.
• Ability to detect patterns, formulate hypotheses, and deliver evidence-based recommendations.
• Comfortable leading challenging professional conversations and simulated scenarios.
• Self-directed with the capacity to consistently implement Shaghaf’s established methods.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Available for part-time remote work and ready to start in a short timeframe.

Educational Requirements and Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Communication, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, HR, L&D, Applied Linguistics, Adult Learning or similar disciplines is highly desirable.
• Additional professional certifications in coaching, facilitation, L&D, or HR such as ICF, CIPD, SHRM, or ATD are beneficial.

Important Notes

This position does not focus on general English language teaching such as grammar or vocabulary but rather on advanced professional communication coaching and performance enhancement. Candidates with teaching backgrounds must also have significant expertise in coaching, behavioral observation, or corporate development.
