Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Office Support Coordinator to join our Dublin team, working alongside the Workplace Team to enhance employee experiences. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between 46,000 and 48,000 annually, with working hours of 40 per week, Monday to Friday, scheduled flexibly between 7am and 7pm. The role begins on 28 September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong connections with customers, acting as a primary contact to respond to feedback and uphold excellent service standards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to comprehend needs and meet agreed service benchmarks.
- Assist and manage workplace initiatives within predetermined timelines and financial plans.
- Coordinate service delivery through partnerships with suppliers and contractors in areas like security, catering, cleaning, customer service, and facilities management.
- Conduct regular location assessments to verify compliance with contracts and agreed service levels.
- Liaise with landlords and property management teams to address building-related issues.
- Support financial tasks such as budgeting, monitoring expenses, forecasting, and processing invoices.
- Anticipate evolving business demands and adjust workplace services accordingly.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and inviting workplace atmosphere.
- Provide additional support for projects and daily operations as needed.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in customer service and managing relationships with stakeholders, preferably in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong awareness of business and commercial factors affecting service delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter able to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable mindset.
- Confidence handling high-pressure or challenging situations professionally.
