Role Overview
We are seeking a Floor Host to become an integral member of our team at a prestigious client location near Canary Wharf. The role is based in a modern, vibrant office environment where you will serve as the primary point of contact on the office floor. Your responsibilities will include overseeing meeting room readiness, maintaining refreshment areas, and offering friendly support to employees to enhance their daily work experience.
Contract Details
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)
- Salary: £33,305 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact and build strong working relationships with key office stakeholders.
- Respond promptly, courteously, and effectively to guest requests, ensuring high standards of service.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, well-equipped, and functional.
- Maintain refreshment centers, print hubs, and general floor maintenance to an excellent standard.
- Monitor and analyze data related to room usage and peak periods.
- Support other service teams as needed.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and participate as a first aid and fire warden responder.
