Position Overview

The Office Manager position, based at the firm's Doha office, is a full-time role responsible for managing everyday office operations. Key duties include coordinating administrative procedures, scheduling meetings, arranging travel itineraries, and ensuring the upkeep of organized filing and record-keeping systems. This role supervises office support personnel, manages office resources and equipment, and provides administrative assistance to lawyers and legal teams. Additionally, the Office Manager oversees front desk activities, welcomes visitors, coordinates reception duties, and fosters a professional client service environment. Collaboration with firm leadership for process optimization, adherence to policies, and nurturing a cooperative office atmosphere is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in office administration functions including workflow organization, schedule management, and record maintenance.
  • Strong communication and customer service capabilities to engage effectively with clients, visitors, and internal staff.
  • Competence in operating office technology such as printers, scanners, telephones, and general productivity software.
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with effective time management, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize various responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in office management or similar administrative leadership roles within legal or professional service environments is advantageous.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Office Management, or related disciplines is preferred, though relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Capability to work onsite in Doha, Qatar, uphold confidentiality, and comply with professional standards and internal policies.
