Overview

Become a part of Platinum Cleaning & Facility Services (PCFS), a division of Healthcare Services Group, Inc., in the role of Office Cleaner. You will be responsible for managing janitorial cleaning and upkeep at your designated primary facility. Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning duties in entryways, hallways, elevators, and communal spaces to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Sanitize restrooms including sinks, floors, and toilets; restock lavatory supplies as necessary.
  • Empty trash bins and collect waste materials.
  • Use cleaning agents responsibly and adhere strictly to safety guidelines.
  • Inform supervisors of any requirements for cleaning equipment or supplies as well as any malfunctions.
  • Strictly follow infection control procedures and hand hygiene protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness consistently.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial settings is advantageous.
  • Capability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Commitment to performing routine duties reliably and consistently.
  • Ability to complete all assigned tasks independently following initial training.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and dependability for scheduled shifts.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for 6 to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Comfort working in areas with food and cleaning chemicals present.
  • Compliance with applicable COVID-19 vaccination mandates enforced by state, local, or customer regulations.
